We mount cameras at entrances, hallways, and storefronts, so you can see who comes and goes.
Where do cameras do the most good?
- Over the front entrance and in the lobby.
- In hallways and by the mailboxes.
- At side alleys, back doors, and basement doors.
- Over the register or the front door of a shop.
How do you run the wiring?
We keep cables inside the wall where we can, and in a neat metal pipe where we cannot. On an old building, that care is the difference between work that looks right and a mess of wire on the brick.
Can I see the cameras on my phone?
Most systems we put in can be viewed on your phone, and recordings stay on a recorder you control. We set it up with you and show you how to find a clip when you need one.
What happens on the job?
Your call and your photo tell us which parts to bring. When we get to the door, we point out what is worn or broken and tell you what we plan to do. Then we do the work and try every lock and key with you before we pack up.
Questions we get
How many cameras do I need?
Start with the doors people use most. Walk us through the building or send photos, and we suggest a plan.
Can you add to a system I already have?
Often, yes, if the recorder and cameras can work together. Tell us what is there now.
Are hallway cameras allowed?
Rules vary for landlords, tenants, and shops. Find out what applies to your building before you install.
